Why is Diversity and Inclusion important?

At Teens Tutor Teens, one of the last things we have to worry about is gender pay inequality because no one is getting paid. Haha, all jokes aside. Teens Tutor Teens' last survey revealed that diversity is integrated well within our programs with over 70% women and over 70% minorities as tutors in our program.  We want to make sure we are matching a population to those who we tutor, and learn more about our differences to find and bridge similarities in education. Diversity is important, but inclusion is integral.
